How to find and book a transfer?

In the "From" field of the search form, enter the place of departure and in the "To" field, enter the place of destination. Select a city, airport, station, port or hotel from the dropdown or enter the exact address. Then click "Find out prices", choose a transfer class and press "Select" to proceed to the booking form.

How to book an airport transfer?

In the "From" field, select the city or enter the hotel address you need to be picked up from. The price does not depend on the pickup address as long as it falls within the selected point. In the "Where to" field, select the airport.

Can I get a ride to the hotel?

Yes. Enter an address within the city you select when booking (for example, Istanbul or Antalya): choose the city and enter your hotel address in the order form.

How do I find out the capacity of my car?

Capacity is listed on the website when you search a route. Standard baggage = bag or suitcase up to 158 cm total. Hand luggage fits in the cabin.

Is the price per car or per person?

Prices are per vehicle, regardless of passenger count up to the maximum capacity of the class.

How is payment handled?

You may be able to pay online by card at checkout; if you pay the driver, use cash in euro, US dollars, or Turkish lira as stated on your voucher. Available options are shown on the booking step.

How can I get in touch with the driver?

Drivers contact you after booking—usually after 22:00 local time the day before. If your flight is delayed >30 min or luggage is held up, please call or text them.

Are you sure you will meet me?

Yes — follow the instructions on your voucher.

How do I cancel an order?

Email info@avitovip.com or message us on WhatsApp/Telegram (footer). Refund rules for cancellations are in the “Cancellation Policy” section of the Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel by contacting support (info@avitovip.com or WhatsApp/Telegram — links in the page footer). If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, a full refund is made to the original payment method within 5–30 business days (timing depends on your bank and payment processor).
